3D Printing

CAD Modeling

3D Scanning

Deliverables can include cleaned mesh files, STL files, and point cloud data depending on the project needs.
Reverse Engineering
Convert an existing physical part or scan into an editable CAD model. This service is used when you need a part recreated, modified, manufactured, or documented with usable design files.
Deliverables can include STEP (.stp/.step) and Parasolid (.x_t) files ready for design changes, prototyping, or manufacturing.

Mighty Moose Manufacturing is a small Southern Oregon manufacturing support service focused on practical 3D printing, CAD modeling, 3D scanning, and reverse engineering work.
Projects are approached with practical manufacturing in mind, whether the goal is recreating an unavailable part, developing a prototype, converting scan data into CAD, or preparing a design for future production.
